This is the second time I have hired Mike Payne for a Home Theater related task. I would hire him again in a second! Mike and his crew are personable, knowledgeable, skilled and better then fair when it comes to pricing. It use to be when you moved you plugged in the TV called cable and that was all-it is a bit more complicated now. I am completely incapable of mounting a TV on a wall with any sort of skill but Mike and his crew do Fantastic Work at Reasonable Rates. I could not have asked for more. Don't just think about hiring Mike, if you require this type of work, Hire Him NOW!

Michael is wonderful. The best thing with him was the ease of communication. He was always available on email on blackberry. Michael was punctual, and started and finished the project on the date that was promised.

Michael Payne came to our building and installed LED lights throughout the common areas. Initially I chose him for two reasons: (1) reasonable bid; and (2) good personality over the phone. I was highly impressed by his work. He showed up on time - something I am not used to in the city. He and his assistant did excellent work, his choice of light fixtures was perfect and they cleared up when they were finished. Very impressive, I have hired him to be our building electrician and will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know. The owner of the second floor unit needed a bathroom fan replaced and he also performed this task and it looks fantastic. I have also informed him that when the weather improves I would like him to install LED lighting in my unit. Thank you for your excellent service which I will also recommend to everyone.

Price isn't everything. The first time I called, Mike Payne, he returned my call within 10 minutes. I had a good feeling about him and I asked him for a quote. I could not schedule him that night because of my schedule but I knew I would not be looking for someone else. When I did schedule a day and time for the work to be done, he and his assistant Alex arrived on the dot. They were professional the entire time and the work was done as planned. As I said, price isn't everything even for me who is on a tight budget. When the pro's are sincere, do great work and are nice as well, as I said, price isn't everything. Oh yeh, the price...perfect!
